Do my points expire?
Yes, all points are valid for 180 days from date of issue.
When do I get my birthday gift?
Your birthday gift will be sent via email on the day of your birthday! But be sure to enter it 90 days before your big day. This is for fraud protection purposes.
Can I use my points on one-off or subscription orders?
You can use your points on BOTH one-off and subscription orders! For a subscription order, simply log in to your account, edit your next subscription, and add the coupon code.
